Epic Universe is a place to slow down and step into the stories your family loves. A little preparation makes it easier to enjoy the details, rather than spending the day chasing every attraction.
Universal Epic Universe opened on May 22, 2025. Its five worlds are Celestial Park, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic. See Universal’s official park introduction for an overview.
Start with your family’s must-do moments
Before you compare tickets, ask each traveler to choose one or two priorities. Perhaps it is meeting a favorite character, exploring a particular world, or trying a headline attraction. Build a realistic day around those highlights, with space for meals and breaks.
Check attraction height requirements and descriptions before promising a ride to younger children. A themed world can include experiences with very different intensity levels.
Compare the ticket details, not just the headline price
Check which parks, dates and number of visits a ticket includes. Confirm the total for everyone in your party, any restrictions, and cancellation or change terms. Do not assume that one ticket or add-on covers every Universal park.
Ticket prices, promotions, Express products and attraction access can change. Use Universal Orlando’s official website to review current options for your dates before booking.
Choose a hotel around your whole trip
Think about travel time, room layout, transport and how often you may want to return for a rest. Compare the full stay cost and verify any advertised hotel benefits for your specific hotel, ticket and dates.
Leave room for an easier afternoon
- Keep your first few priorities short enough to feel achievable.
- Pack a light layer, charging cable and the essentials your family uses every day.
- Review the current park map and operating information before you set off.
- Allow time for food, water and a change of pace.
